• If your payment method was On-Site, please contact us via WhatsApp and send a screenshot of the reservation details you received by email. To finalize your booking, a 20% deposit is required via a secure payment link. Your reservation will only be confirmed once this deposit is completed.

• If your payment was Online and was partial using the payment methods offered on our website, we kindly ask you to send us a screenshot of your payment via WhatsApp

• If you completed the full payment online, you can safely ignore this message.

• Directions to Café Don Emilio: To reach us from the Costanera Sur route, we recommend taking the San Josecito road, either from Uvita (gas station) or Dominical, turning near Rancho La Merced. Once on the San Josecito road, follow the paved route until you cross the yellow bridge over the Morete River. After the bridge, the road becomes steep and rocky—please switch to 4×4 mode and continue straight uphill without taking any side roads. After approximately 3.8 km, you’ll arrive at Café Don Emilio, marked by a wooden house and our business sign. You may use Waze or Google Maps, but please note that both apps may suggest longer or poorly maintained routes. We strongly recommend following the directions above.
