At Café Don Emilio, every coffee bean tells a story. Grown in the lands of San Luis Morete and El Ceibo in Pérez Zeledón, our coffee is handpicked and undergoes a natural sun-drying process—without removing the pulp or mucilage. This artisanal method, carried out entirely by our family, preserves the fruit’s original flavors and highlights the unique character of each bean.
